      <image:title>Team - Nicole Arcieri</image:title>
<image:caption>As a Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, I recognize that everyone has a story and I am honored that these stories are entrusted to me for processing and healing. In my work, I draw from my education, clinical experience, and personal experience, including my own successes and failures. My goal in the therapy room is to be open, respectful, curious, and to hold you accountable to your healing journey. My therapeutic orientation is holistic and systemic, which means I treat people biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually. I will meet you where you are, because everyone is unique in their own needs and desires. My area of expertise is in trauma and the symptoms that co-occur with it, such as anxiety and depression. I also specialize in working with divorced families, blended families, co-parents, and children adjusting to new family changes.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Team - Monique Ngo</image:title>
<image:caption>Monique is a co-supervisor and will be observing and working alongside Nicole in order to accrue her 25 hours of supervised supervision to become an approved supervisor in WA state. She specializes in individual clients seeking to unlearn systemic inequalities and process intergenerational trauma, grief, and anxiety. Much of her work derives from the belief that we all have what we need in ourselves. From this belief, she seeks to support individuals to listen to their mind, body, and spirit in new ways to authentically show up for themselves and undo systemic harm. Monique considers herself an integrative therapist; meaning she pulls from a variety of modalities. She utilizes a mix of grief therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, somatic and focusing oriented techniques, trauma informed therapy, and narrative therapy. She draws from a holistic, body centered, trauma informed, and decolonizing mental health lens in supporting her clients meet their goals. In supervision, her goal is to work collaboratively with you to build on your desired goals and seek to ensure you are supporting yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically.</image:caption>

<image:title>Self Care - Self-Care is not only taking care of yourself physically, we need to take care of ourselves biologically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually. Self-care is not just drinking water, eating three meals a day, exercising, and getting eight hours of sleep. Self-care brings us joy, feeds our soul, and empties our bucket.</image:title>
<image:caption>Examples of self-care: Creating a morning routine. Create an evening routine. Drink your coffee in silence. Workout. Journal. Go for a hike or a long walk. Go to the beach. Take a long, hot shower or bath. Get a massage or have a spa day. Paint your nails. Have an entire “self-care day” dedicated to all things that bring you joy. Go to therapy. Take a weekend away. Take the weekend off of work. Spend time with a friend. So “no” to stressful things. Snuggle your pet. Meditate. Yoga. Breathe. Learn to play an instrument. Dance. Laugh. “No makeup and sweatpants day.” “Slumber Party”: Take your comforter from your bed and drag it out into the living room, making a cozy bed on the floor with popcorn and your favorite snacks, and watch a movie.</image:caption>
